Shipping And Delivery

Goods will be delivered within a maximum of 3 – 5 working days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays and weekends.)

Minimum spend for free delivery:
300 AED in Dubai
500 AED in all other Emirates.

For goods below the minimum spend a 50 AED delivery charge will apply.

Any goods for international transport will be quoted individually based on the weight.

Collection of goods is available from our warehouse at the below address. There is no charge for collection.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to a PO Box, please provide full physical address and contact number at the time of order.

While we make every effort to deliver goods in the time frame specified, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this time frame.  We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

All delivery time frames are subject to stock availability and in case of changes our sales team will make contact with you within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Where an incorrect address has been supplied at time of order, or our driver is unable to deliver due to the unavailability of a signatory, or if an item is to be redirected after dispatch, we may need to charge for any extra delivery costs incurred to us by our courier partner.

Out of Delivery Areas:

Currently we delivery to all areas in the UAE, however, deliveries may not be able to be made to islands, security controlled zones and defense areas.
As an alternative arrangement, these shipments can be held at our head office or warehouse.
Undeliverable Items:
Our drivers, the courier company or logistics team will attempt to contact and deliver goods for a period of 2 days after first attempt. In addition, Ronai Customer Services will also try to contact the customer for an additional 3 days to inform them of the attempted delivery .

In the event of any failure to reach customer from either party then the shipment will be regarded as “undeliverable” and returned to the company warehouse.
