How it works:
1. Book your free 60 minute appointment.
Use the automated booking app to book a slot that suits your diary and schedule.
2. Meet with your consultant.
Your consultant will be ready for you when you arrive at our showroom. You can select and purchase from anything you like in the showroom, even ranges that are for order-only by our hospitality customers. There's never any pressure to buy anything from your consultant.
3. Create your perfect table setting.
With the help of our showroom staff, you and your consultant will put together the table setting of your dreams. Play around with colours and brands to find the ideal style for your personality, occasion and use. Your consultant will also guide you on table setting etiquette and answer any questions you have always wanted to ask.
You can also take photos and send them to friends and family for their second opinion.
4. Take your new professional tableware home.
If the items you have selected are in-stock, they will be immediately packed for you to take home. Take a seat and enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee.
Sometimes items need to be ordered in. We will check your selection and give your the expected delivery dates. Once they arrive, we will deliver them to your door.
